Perez Energy is primarily into importing and marketing of quality lubricants. The company also undertakes management and consultancy services, providing marketing, product sourcing, operational and management services for midstream and downstream oil and gas companies.
Perez Energy seeks to become a leader in the supply of petroleum products and services, developing a niche in the auto and mining sectors, delivering high quality services and products, utilizing its unique position of working with a network of retail companies and commercial clients.

Our Team
Building an effective and lasting customer/stakeholders relations, finance and people management gained from working with media firms (Multichoice Ghana and Aftenposten Norway) as well as oil marketing companies where his duties required sound judgement and critical thinking in fuel management and decision making on investments and growth.
His leadership roles and performance in Retail Management and appraisal dubbed Real Estate Lead with erstwhile ExxonMobil Oil Ghana Ltd such as new business acquisitions, developments and management, investment/divestment appraisals, Lease Management etc) found his working as a Real Estate Lead for Ghana, Togo and Sierra Leone and a couple of relieve duties in Cameroun (a Cluster appointment) with Mobil Oil Marketing West African Cluster. Also, he was the first employee to be in charge of all Supply, Sales/Marketing and allied activities of Mining business before and during the merger of Mobil Oil Ghana and Total Ghana Ltd. Additionally, held position of Retail/Network Development Manager with Total Petroleum Ghana Ltd (The new name after Total Oil takeover of).
Most recently, he has held the position of Head of Marketing for Springfield Energy Ltd a bulk Oil Distribution company where he helped moved it from scratch to become a multi-national company now owning an oil block in Ghana. He also gained diverse experiences by working with an international food service company where his duties included looking for potential clients, feasibility/research studies, order and scheduling as well as applying an information technology to achieve competitive advantage in logistics.
His theoretical knowledge was also enriched by working as a marketing lecturer where he taught courses such as Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Communications, Material Administration and Fundamentals of Marketing. His aspirations include among others working in top management in a progressive organization where initiative and creativity are highly encouraged.
Having worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager of Springfield Energy, a bulk oil distribution company for a period of five years. He was part of the Marketing Team that moved the company from scratch to become a multi-national company now owning an oil block in Ghana. He again worked as a Territory Manager in the Sales and Marketing units of companies as Exxon Mobil and Total Petroleum Ghana Limited. At Mobil Oil, he was in charge of all the retail outlets in Western, Central and Eastern Regions, in addition to some key outlets in Greater Accra Region. At Total Petroleum, he managed all the retail outlets and other key accounts in the Tema Metropolis.
He also worked in the FMCGs industry, Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited, for 4 years where he worked in various roles as Key Accounts Manager, Sales Manager, acted as Accra Divisional Head and later became Distributor Manager. He rolled out the Off Trade route – to – market with the launch of Malta Guinness Quench. He was also part of the Team that introduced Alvaro drink into the Ghanaian market. He was seconded in 2010 to be part of 8 Lead Trainers of Diageo African Sales Team to Guinness Nigeria Plc for a period of 4 months to introduce the Standard of Excellence in sales in Africa which is now being executed by all the sales functions in Diageo Subsidiaries in Africa. He was involved in the training and coaching of Retail Development Managers, Area Sales Managers and Divisional Sales Managers.
He holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration, Marketing option, from University of Ghana Business School. He has had an international executive education experiences from Temple University, Wharton School of Business, D’Amore McKim Northeastern University, Yale School of Management and Harvard University. He obtained a BSc degree in Mathematics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has skills and expertise in Customer Relationship Marketing, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Salesforce Training, Building Route to Market, Customer Service, Managing Accounts, Strategic Planning, Negotiation and Managing Distribution Channels.
Elizabeth is a very talented professional with strong work ethics and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. She has had the rare opportunity of working with global multinational companies like Goldfields Ghana, ExxonMobil, Total Petroleum Ghana Ltd. and Diageo (Guinness) which has groomed and imbibed in her the necessary skills in training, team building, responsible work culture and relationship management.
